KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity verification process required under international regulations, primarily to prevent money laundering and fraud — it's there to protect you. KYC becomes mandatory for withdrawals above ৳10,000 or after total transactions exceed ৳50,000.

Required Documents:

• Identity Document: Photos of both sides of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Selfie: A clear photo of you holding your NID.
• Proof of address (optional, but helps speed up approval): Electricity/gas bill or bank statement.

To upload documents: Account Settings → Verification tab. As long as images are clear and under 5 MB, they will generally be 3–24 hours approval. Once KYC is completed, you won't need to go through it again.

Betjam hosts a variety of weekly and monthly tournaments and leaderboard competitions. These generally fall into two categories:

• Slots Tournament: Top scorers on selected slot games win prizes. Points are calculated based on total bet amount and multiplier.
• cricket Leaderboard: The highest winner on a specific match tops the leaderboard.

General Rules:

• Entry is free — no separate registration needed. Simply place bets on eligible games and you'll be enrolled automatically.
• Minimum bet per round is ৳50.
• Bets placed using bonus balance do not count toward the leaderboard.
• Top 10 winners receive prizes — 1st place wins up to ৳15,000; 2nd–5th place win ৳3,000–৳8,000.
• Rewards are credited to your wallet within 24 hours of the tournament ending.

Viewing your full transaction and bet history on Betjam is simple. After logging in, follow these steps:

• Bet History: Profile → My Bets → filter by date and game.
• Transaction History: Go to Profile → Transaction History to view Deposits, Withdrawals, and Bonuses separately.
• Statement Download: On the Transaction History page, use the 'Export CSV' button to download records from any period as an Excel file.

After winning at Betjam, how quickly you receive your withdrawal depends on your chosen payment method and KYC status:

Must be changed via Support:

• Change Mobile Number: Email [email protected] with your old and new number along with a photo of your NID. The process will be completed within 3–7 business days.
• Legal name correction: Changes are only possible if the details match your NID.
• Date of Birth: Cannot be changed once set.
